Fall & Winter Training Sessions will run from November 1, 2023 - February 23, 2023

Virtual Group Coaching Sessions meet every Monday at 7pm via Zoom.

On Demand Assessments are sent via text. When completing a workout, you can send me a video of your exercise so that I can provide you with feedback on your form and execution. This is to ensure you are doing exercises correctly for the maximum result.

Our training community consists of brown bodied women who are committed to building strength in their bodies AND defying the traditional standards of beauty and fitness. We are supportive, fun and willing to share resources to benefit the collective.

When I coach, I prioritize safety, form and feeling good in your body.

The purpose is not to lose weight or to look a certain way - the purpose of my coaching is to help brown bodied women feel more comfortable using weights as part of their fitness routine. Studies show that muscle building activities can help you live longer, move better and improves your overall health.
