I hold decolonized healing spaces for Filipina, Asian and Pacific Islander women who want to break generational trauma patterns and engage in community care.

Shadow work is a healing process that helps to transform your most uncomfortable emotions and life experiences into sources of strength and personal power. It is one way I support my clients in healing traumatic experiences from childhood or from living within a colonized culture.

Time spent with me is more than just talking about your problems, we get to the deeper root of where those problems began but instead of pulling out the roots, we show them love, care and nurturing.

As a trauma informed coach, I place high value on decolonized healing practices, community building, radical self love and resistance against systems of oppression as way to break generational cycles of trauma.
